Using the service
By creating an account or using SwiffMint Booking, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account and business information. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account, keeping credentials secure, and ensuring that only authorized people access your business workspace. Notify us promptly at dev@swiffmint.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Bookings and customer relationships
SwiffMint provides software that helps businesses offer and manage appointments. The business—not SwiffMint—is responsible for its services, prices, availability, customer communications, refunds, cancellations, taxes, licences, and compliance with laws that apply to its operations.
Businesses must obtain any consent required to contact customers through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or other channels and must provide accurate booking and cancellation information.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans, trial periods, prices, billing intervals, and included features are displayed when you subscribe. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize the displayed payment provider to charge applicable fees and taxes.
Customer deposits and other payment features may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms also apply. SwiffMint may deduct disclosed platform or processing fees where supported.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or another person's rights; send unlawful or unsolicited communications; deceive customers; distribute malware; probe or bypass security; interfere with the service; scrape or resell it without permission; or process sensitive information that the service is not designed to handle.
Third-party services
The service may integrate with providers such as Meta, WhatsApp, Google, Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel. Third-party services are controlled by their providers, may change independently, and are subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or decisions.
Ownership and feedback
SwiffMint and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display it as needed to provide and secure the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict an account that creates security risk, violates these terms, causes harm, or has overdue fees. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, specific revenue, customer demand, or that every third-party message or integration will be delivered.
To the extent permitted by law, SwiffMint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. SwiffMint's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
Questions about these terms may be sent to dev@swiffmint.com.
