Who this policy covers
SwiffMint Booking is a scheduling service operated by SwiffMint. Business owners use it to publish booking pages, manage appointments, collect eligible deposits, and send booking communications. Customers use public booking pages without creating a SwiffMint account.
Information we collect
For business accounts, we may collect a name, email address, authentication identifiers, business profile details, service offerings, prices, availability, subscription status, and settings.
For appointments, we may process customer contact details, selected services, appointment times, notes supplied during booking, payment or deposit status, and records of confirmations, reminders, cancellations, or rescheduling.
If a business owner signs in with Facebook or Google, we receive the basic account information authorized during sign-in, such as an account identifier, name, email address, and public profile information. We do not receive the social account password.
We also collect limited technical information needed to secure and operate the service, such as browser data, IP address, authentication cookies, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate business users; create and manage booking pages; prevent scheduling conflicts; process subscriptions and eligible deposits; send confirmations and reminders; provide support; detect fraud or abuse; maintain security; and improve the service.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate SwiffMint Booking, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for application hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and communications providers for WhatsApp or related notifications. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Payment-card details are entered with and processed by Stripe or another displayed payment provider. SwiffMint Booking does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, during a business reorganization, or with a person's direction or consent. We do not sell personal information.
Business owners and customer data
The business shown on a public booking page decides why it collects its customers' booking information. SwiffMint processes that information to provide the booking service. Customers should contact that business first about an appointment or its use of their information.
Retention and security
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet legal or accounting requirements, and maintain appropriate business records. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Your choices and rights
Business owners may update many account and business details from the application. Depending on location, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Requests can be sent to dev@swiffmint.com.

Children, transfers, and changes
SwiffMint Booking is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in countries other than where a user lives, subject to applicable safeguards.
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
